We partner with global Fortune 500 companies, governments, nonprofits, and international organizations around the world; we develop training solutions that include communication coaching, group workshops, virtual learning, and keynote speeches.  We are committed to helping people develop their own authentic speaking style and be the most confident, genuine version of themselves – on stage and off stage.


Why this role?


In the past two years, we've grown from 2 people to a larger team of trainers and operations staff. As a result, we need an organized project management professional who is excited about helping us scale effectively. This position reports directly to our Founder/CEO.

One of our differentiators is the seamless experience we provide for our clients. As we grow, we need to maintain that quality experience while finding opportunities for efficiency and scale.


What does this role entail?


  • Maintain and manage the schedule of all our programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients in preparing for programs, managing logistics, materials, and trainers
  • Occasional travel to observe workshops and other programs
  • Provide support and guidance to our team of 3 trainers and coaches
  • Before the sale is closed: collaborate with our Sales Manager to build customized programs
  • Ensure every aspect of our programs runs smoothly, from pre-program logistics to post-program follow-up
  • Continuously track and improve the effectiveness of our program delivery and client experience
  • Research and manage special projects that help the business grow and run more efficiently and effectively
  • Manage long-term marketing projects
  • Process trainer reimbursements & invoices
  • Draft, send, and follow up on client invoices
  • Update and maintain our CRM

About you


  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with others
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional client-ready written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, change or adapt to any situation and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
  • Mature, fair, polished, and a quick-learner


What does this role require?


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience as part of an operations or project management team for a training or services company
  • This position is based in downtown Washington, DC
  • Occasional travel to observe workshops and other programs


Compensation: This is a full-time salaried position. We are prepared to pay a competitive salary and benefits package.
