Global Public Speaking LLC is a communication training firm that helps people speak with confidence and authenticity in their meetings, pitches, and presentations. We partner with global Fortune 500 companies, governments, nonprofits, and international organizations around the world; we develop training solutions that include communication coaching, group workshops, virtual learning, and keynote speeches. We are committed to helping people develop their own authentic speaking style and be the most confident, genuine version of themselves – on stage and off stage.
What does this role entail?
We are a fast-growing startup, which means you can learn the ins and outs of running a company. You’ll help us with a little bit of everything: operations, marketing, admin, etc. You will work closely with our Founder/CEO, Allison Shapira, and you’ll get to shadow our team of expert trainer and coaches. You’ll also have daily opportunities to improve your own communication skills. This is a great internship for someone interested in marketing, sales, event management, project management, operations, or communication.
You will have the opportunity to:
Workload: 10 hours / week with the potential for a longer engagement.
Compensation: We cannot offer monetary compensation, but we can offer public speaking training, books, materials, and exposure to cool events. We will cover any direct costs you incur (travel, etc.).
For students: If your university offers college credit, we're happy to work with you on reaching your internship project goals.
